Are you an experienced HR generalist looking for a varied, hands-on role within a growing food and hospitality business?
We are looking for an organised and proactive HR professional to support recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance and day-to-day HR operations across a busy workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and onboarding across a range of operational and office-based roles.
Support employee relations including absence, performance, disciplinaries and grievances.
Manage HR records, contracts, policies, right-to-work checks and compliance.
Coordinate payroll, pensions and holiday administration.
Produce regular HR reports and support audits.
Support employee engagement and performance initiatives.
Assist with general operational and site administration.
Work closely with managers and senior leadership to ensure effective HR processes.
About You
3–5 years' UK HR generalist experience.
CIPD Level 3
Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes.
Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, hospitality, QSR, retail or another fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Comfortable managing a varied workload and working independently.
Confident dealing with employees and managers at all levels.
A practical, hands-on approach with a genuine interest in people.
Fluent in English & Hindi
