We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join a vibrant campus in Surrey. The role involves providing temporary support to a busy HR team, starting in January. This position is ongoing and may lead to a long-term career opportunity. The successful candidate will assist the HR team in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance across all recruitment areas, including safeguarding training for teaching staff, agency workers, contractors, cover teachers, peripatetic teachers, and parents. This is a full-time role, with occasional flexible hours outside of regular office times to support boarding and estates teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- On-boarding new starters
- Carrying out DBS Checks
- Implementing training sessions, both online and in classrooms
- Managing HR forms
- Creating letters and emails
- Applying for and following up on references
