We're recruiting for an exceptional opportunity to join one of London's leading luxury hotel groups in a newly created Head of Revenue, Reservations & Distribution position. This Executive Leadership role will lead the commercial strategy across a portfolio of luxury hotels, driving revenue, profitability and market share while shaping the future commercial direction of the business.

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Hotels, you'll take ownership of Revenue Management, Reservations and Distribution across a portfolio of more than thirteen hotels. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and General Managers, you'll develop and implement commercial strategies that maximise profitability, optimise distribution channels and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Revenue, Reservations and Distribution strategy across the hotel portfolio.
- Develop pricing strategies that maximise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and profitability.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning.
- Lead the Reservations function, ensuring exceptional service, conversion and upselling performance.
- Manage all distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, wholesale partners and direct booking platforms.
- Optimise channel mix to maximise revenue while reducing acquisition costs.
- Produce commercial reporting, forecasting and performance analysis for Executive Leadership.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Operations to maximise demand generation.
- Oversee Revenue Management Systems, PMS, CRS and Channel Management platforms.
- Lead commercial transformation projects, system enhancements and new initiatives.
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team.
About You
You'll be a strategic commercial leader with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of delivering revenue growth within a multi-property hospitality environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Significant senior experience in Revenue Management, Reservations and Distribution.
- Experience within luxury or upper-upscale hotels.
- Multi-property or portfolio management experience.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience using Revenue Management Systems such as IDeaS, Duetto or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS, CRS platforms and Channel Managers.
- Experience managing OTAs, GDS connectivity and distribution strategies.
- Excellent forecasting, budgeting and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
- Outstanding leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading commercial change and business transformation projects.
