We are recruiting for an exceptional opportunity to join one of London's leading luxury hospitality groups in a newly created Head of Marketing & PR position. This Executive Leadership role will shape the marketing, communications and brand strategy across an impressive portfolio of luxury hotels.

The Role

Reporting into the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the overall Marketing, Brand, Communications and Public Relations strategy across a portfolio of luxury hotels. Working closely with Revenue, Sales, Operations, Finance and People teams, you'll ensure marketing activity supports commercial performance, strengthens brand positioning and enhances guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall Marketing & PR strategy.
  • Lead brand positioning and reputation management.
  • Drive direct bookings and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee Digital Marketing including SEO, PPC, CRM, social media and website performance.
  • Lead PR, media relations, influencer partnerships and corporate communications.
  • Manage creative campaigns, photography, content and brand guidelines.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and commercial collaborations.
  • Support hotel launches, refurbishments and brand repositioning projects.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI and marketing analytics.
  • Manage marketing budgets and external agencies.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Marketing & PR team.

About You

We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on commercial approach. You'll ideally have:

  • Significant senior Marketing & PR leadership experience.
  • Experience within luxury hospitality, hotels, travel, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
  • Proven success developing integrated marketing and brand strategies.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO, PPC, CRM and social media.
  • Experience leading PR, communications and reputation management.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading large marketing projects, brand transformation or business growth initiatives.
