Forwarder Freight Forwarding (Birmingham, Full-Time)

Join a dynamic freight forwarding team as a Forwarder, delivering outstanding end-to-end service across air, sea, and road operations. This role focuses on providing seamless customer support, ensuring operational excellence, and driving compliance with key regulations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end freight forwarding activities (clearances, bookings, deliveries, invoicing)
2. Maintain excellent customer service, building strong client and supplier relationships
3. Ensure accurate customs entries, cost control, job costing, and month-end compliance
4. Collaborate closely with senior forwarders, operations managers, and sales teams
5. Follow strict SOPs, KPIs, and quality standards to meet internal and external requirements

What you\’ll bring:

1. Proven experience in freight forwarding operations (air, sea, or road)
2. Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills
3. Knowledge of transport sector IT systems and financial processes
4. Ability to work flexibly, including occasional shifts and weekends
5. Driven, results-oriented, and team-focused attitude

Location: Birmingham

Full-time, Monday to Friday (with flexibility for shifts/weekends as needed)
