Destination Planning Manager / Destination Services Coordinator Location: Remote (occasional UK travel) Contract: Full-time Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 depending on experience A leading travel organisation is looking for an experienced Destination Planning Manager / Destination Services Coordinator to join their Operations team. This role focuses on planning and delivering safe, high-quality, and engaging expedition itineraries across global destinations. Key Responsibilities Plan, cost, and manage travel itineraries from start to finish Build and manage relationships with third-party suppliers Ensure safety and risk protocols are met across all trips Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics and budgets Maintain accurate documentation, including itinerary packs and financial records Monitor global developments and update risk assessments accordingly Support continuous improvement of travel products What We’re Looking For Experience in travel planning, operations, or product development Strong project management and organisational skills Confident in supplier negotiation and commercial planning Understanding of risk and safety in international travel Clear, confident communication and attention to detail First- hand travel experience in South/Southeast Asia and Europe (preferred) Familiarity with tools like SharePoint or CRM systems is an advantage
