Contract Opportunity for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of international and local retail accounts across EMEA. This is a high-impact role where you will own customer relationships end-to-end, lead annual negotiations, and deliver sales and profit targets through best-in-class execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver sales, profit, and forecasting targets across your account portfolio.
  • Develop and execute annual account business plans aligned to brand and commercial strategy.
  • Lead customer negotiations, managing pricing, promotions, investments, allowances, and variable margin.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Analyse sales performance, customer profitability, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Execute retail strategies including range alignment, promotions, and new product launches.
  • Oversee forecasting accuracy, stock management, service levels, orders, and invoicing.
  • Ensure SOX compliance, accurate documentation, and robust KPI reporting.
  • Support and shape the EU distributor strategy, identifying new routes to market and expansion opportunities.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within Retail, FMCG, or Entertainment (or similar).
  • Demonstrated success in negotiation and annual customer agreements.
  • Experience working with mass/value retail is a strong advantage.
  • Highly analytical, numerate, and comfortable working with sales and performance data.
  • Excellent relationship-builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent English required; German is a plus.
