Assistant Marketing Manager - Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Salary: £40,000 £45,000
Location: Hayes, Middlesex
Monday Friday, 9am 5pm 4 days office-based
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join a growing marketing team within a fast-paced, consumer-focused business.
This is a varied role covering social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, content, events and e-commerce, working closely with the Marketing Director and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Director with the delivery of the overall marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Manage and develop the company's social media channels, including content planning, engagement and community management.
- Manage influencer and creator relationships, from identifying opportunities through to campaign delivery and performance analysis.
- Support digital marketing activity including PPC, SEO and display.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics and social media tools.
- Support website, e-commerce and product content, ensuring information is accurate and engaging.
- Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activity.
- Work with external agencies, suppliers and retail partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
- Line manage and support members of the Marketing Executive team.
- Bring new ideas and identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
About You
- Degree educated, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related subject.
- Proven marketing experience within a consumer-facing, retail or similar environment.
- Strong social media experience is essential.
- Previous influencer management experience is essential.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO and paid media.
- Strong communication, organisation and presentation skills.
- Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing agencies and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, proactive and happy to get hands-on.
