About the Opportunity
Parkside Veterinary Group is a well‑established, multi‑branch mixed practice serving Dundee, Tayside, Angus and Fife. We’re searching for an inspiring Equine & Farm Clinical Director to guide and develop our equine and farm animal team. This is a rare opportunity to combine hands‑on clinical work with strategic leadership, supported by an experienced practice structure yet with the empowerment to shape the service in a way that reflects your vision.

You will:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 Equine & Farm vets.
- Drive business development and uphold service quality within the Equine and Farm department.
- Foster a positive, forward‑thinking culture where people can thrive.
- Work closely with the three Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager for wider practice leadership.
- Enjoy the autonomy to innovate, expand and enhance the services we provide.
