Parkside School is seeking an Attendance and Family Liaison Officer to improve attendance and support safeguarding across the academy.
You will work with students, families, senior leaders and multi-agency partners to implement targeted interventions and maintain high attendance.
As Attendance Champion, you will conduct home visits, manage statutory processes, analyse attendance data and build trust with families to enhance student engagement.
This role also covers DSL duties and data management.
