We are recruiting for a Receptionist & Office Administrator to join a professional organisation within the financial services industry. This is a key front-of-house role where you will help deliver a first-class client and office experience. This reception role is ideal for someone who has recently graduated or has some previous office experience.

The Role - Receptionist

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service
  • Manage meeting rooms, refreshments, and office presentation
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks across the business
  • Maintain and update CRM/data systems (training provided)
  • Assist with post, deliveries, and general office coordination
