Are you an experienced Commercial Brand Manager looking for an opportunity to shape the future of a portfolio of leading consumer brands across the EMEA region?
We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Brand Manager to act as the key link between Global Brand Teams and regional markets. This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence product development, drive commercial strategy, and deliver brand performance across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the EMEA product portfolio for assigned brands
- Partnering with Global Brand Teams to influence product development for regional market needs.
- Leading forecasting, commercial planning, and budget recommendations.
- Developing customer marketing strategies and supporting regional campaign planning.
- Analysing brand performance to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Building strong relationships with global, regional, and local stakeholders, as well as external licensing partners.
- Delivering engaging product presentations, internal training, and supporting major industry events.
Qualifications
Experience in Commercial Brand Management, Brand Management, or Category Management.
- A proven track record of managing product portfolios and product lifecycles.
- Forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning experience.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Experience within FMCG, consumer products, toys, gaming, or licensing-led businesses is highly desirable.
