This is a new ongoing Temporary Assignment with strong potential to become permanent. A fantastic opportunity to join a truly lovely team within a global healthcare organisation. The ideal candidate will have previous HR administration experience, or a solid foundation within HR, combined with strong administrative experience gained within a busy and varied office environment. They will be hands-on, proactive and confident, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and learn new systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, contract changes and leavers.
- Conducting Right to Work checks and maintaining employee records.
- Updating and maintaining HR systems, including Workday.
- Preparing HR documentation and employee correspondence.
- Coordinating interviews, inductions and recruitment administration.
- Maintaining HR trackers, records and compliance documentation.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and office events.
- Managing office supplies, deliveries, post and courier services.
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and office enquiries.
- Assisting with facilities management and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team and wider business.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Some HR experience would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Workday or another HR system would be beneficial.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
