Parkside have partnered with a global organisation to recruit a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their international legal team on a 12-month fixed term contract, with strong potential to become permanent.
You will:
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
- Advise the business on commercial risk and compliance matters
- Support day-to-day legal queries and key projects across the UK and international markets
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent, 3+ years PQE
- Experience in commercial contracts, ideally in-house
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
Location & Working Pattern:
- Based in Uxbridge (hybrid – minimum 3 days in office)
- UK-based with right to work in the UK
- Some international travel may be required
