Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input reservation details into the booking system, ensuring all information is complete and up-to-date.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as room upgrades, packages, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle special requests, such as room preferences or dietary requirements, ensuring all needs are met with attention to detail.
  • Provide information on destinations, local attractions, and available facilities to assist guests in planning their stay.
  • Assist clients with modifying or canceling reservations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve reservation-related concerns efficiently, maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of reservations and client interactions, ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and excellent service delivery.
  • Support revenue generation by promoting relevant services, such as tours or travel insurance.
  • Proactively follow up with key accounts to drive repeat business and increase booking numbers.
