Job Description My client is seeking an experienced Transport Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a small team, ensuring high levels of compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day activities of the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor and ensure all team activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations. Act as a point of escalation for operational issues and resolve them promptly. Create, manage, and adjust drivers’ schedules to optimize route efficiency and meet operational needs. Plan routes to ensure timely deliveries and minimize downtime or delays.
