Salary: £24k + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Full-time

Holidays: 20 days + 8 Bank Holidays

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 20+ outbound calls daily to identify and engage new business leads.
  • Present tailored advertising solutions confidently and convert leads into clients.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage accounts and help grow revenue.
  • Hit monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Use CRM to log activity and stay up to date on industry trends.
