An established and expanding Fire & Security company is looking to recruit an experienced Security Service Engineer to join a busy and technically demanding operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who wants long-term career progression within a growing business working across a varied customer base.
You will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding, and installation of electronic security systems at customer premises, including:
- IP CCTV Systems
You’ll also be required to complete all relevant paperwork in line with British Standards, NSI requirements, and Fire & Security industry documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in the Fire & Security industry
- Strong knowledge of networked security systems
- Confident with IP networking, including port forwarding, IP conflicts, and remote connections
- Experience with monitored intruder alarm systems and IP CCTV
- CCTV: Hikvision (IP/TVI), Hanwha, AXIS, Pelco
- Monitoring: RedCARE, DualCom, ARC
