We’re hiring an experienced HR Shared Services Associate to support EMEA employee lifecycle activities in a fast-paced, international environment. This role sits within a People Operations team and focuses on delivering a seamless onboarding and employee experience while ensuring full compliance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end onboarding for new hires and internal transfers across EMEA
- Preparing offer documentation, contracts, and onboarding materials
- Processing employee lifecycle changes (transfers, terminations, manager/org updates)
- Conducting right-to-work, visa, and background checks
- Acting as a first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders
- Partnering with payroll, mobility, and wider HR teams to ensure smooth processes
- Maintaining HR systems (e.g. Workday), case management, and accurate data
- Supporting process improvements and updating SOPs
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements
- Fluent French (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Workday or similar HR systems (preferred)
