A leading luxury fashion brand is looking for a Creative Communications & Operations Specialist to support its EMEA team across retail and creative functions. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working across creative, communications, and operations, helping bring brand campaigns and in-store experiences to life.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the EMEA creative calendar across stores and markets
  • Send out weekly updates, communications, and project briefs to regional teams
  • Create presentation decks and visual materials for global teams
  • Join weekly trade calls and share updates with senior stakeholders
  • Support store installations, seasonal launches, and creative projects
  • Help coordinate logistics, props, and shipments for campaigns
  • Create training guides and retail standards for store teams
  • Act as a super user for internal communication platforms
