We’re working with a highly respected international organisation to recruit an HR Manager to join their established London HR function. This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a key HR role within a structured team of 8, supporting a busy London office and working closely with European HR colleagues.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day HR activity for the London office, providing trusted advice to managers and employees while playing a key role in employee relations, policy, and HR operations. This role would suit an experienced HR Manager or a Senior HR Advisor ready to step up into a full HR Manager position within a supportive team environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor experience
  • Strong UK employment law and employee relations background
  • Confident handling complex HR cases independently
  • Experience in a multinational or matrix environment (preferred)
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (desirable)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading on employee relations cases (grievance, disciplinaries, absence, flexible working)
  • Providing clear, confident advice on UK employment law and HR policy
  • Managing recruitment activity end-to-end with hiring managers
  • Supporting performance management and appraisal processes
  • Ensuring accurate HR administration and payroll coordination
