Role: Sales Operations Administrator
Location: West London
Hybrid: 3 days per week in office, 2 days remote
Duration 12 Months
We are looking for an analytical, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to join our European Sales Operations team. This role is key to managing sales data, forecasts, and reporting, ensuring that commercial decisions are informed by accurate and timely insights. You will work across SAP, in-house systems, Excel, and Power BI to consolidate data, build dashboards, and support sales operations across multiple European markets
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain sales data within SAP and in-house systems.
- Import, cleanse, and validate large data sets from multiple sources.
- Produce and maintain accurate forecasts, reports, and KPIs to support sales leadership.
- Build and update Excel models (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting and insights.
- Track, analyse, and present sales performance across European markets.
- Partner with sales, finance, and leadership teams to improve reporting processes and systems.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with company reporting standards.
Skills & Experience
- Proven background in sales operations, data administration, or reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and experience with in-house business systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience with Power BI
- Strong analytical mindset β able to spot trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities in data.
- Tech-savvy and system-focused, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Prior experience in a sales-driven, commercial, or European/multinational environment is an advantage
