As a Sales Development Representative, you will sit at the forefront of the company’s go-to-market strategy, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will engage with prospective customers, identify pain points, and create high-quality opportunities for Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone with early-stage sales experience in a SaaS environment who is looking to develop within a structured, high-growth business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect and engage UK-based organisations via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, converting them into high-value sales opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives
  • Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline and meeting targets
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data within CRM systems
  • Gather market insight and feedback to refine messaging and outreach strategy
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in a Sales Development / Business Development role, ideally within SaaS
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and pipeline generation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Target-driven with a proactive and resilient mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Interest or exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise software is a plus
