Our client, based in Slough, Berkshire, requires a Corporate Team Administrator to join their team for a minimum period of 3 months. This important administrative role supports the effective organisation and assistance of key operational meetings.

You will provide high-quality communication with internal and external colleagues and deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Corporate Services and Executive Support Team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating agendas
  • Assisting with planning panels and senior management meetings
  • Ensuring schedules run smoothly and that all required documentation is prepared in advance
  • Developing forward plans
  • Liaising with stakeholders to confirm attendance
  • Supporting engagement across teams
  • Preparing participants for meetings
  • Taking accurate minutes during complex discussions
