We’re working with a leading residential property developer to hire a Marketing Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone with experience in property or real estate marketing, or with strong transferable skills in campaign delivery, creative briefing, and multichannel marketing. You’ll support the coordination of marketing campaigns, events, digital updates, collateral production, and onsite support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across live developments
  • Brief and manage agencies on email, CGI, video, and brochure creation
  • Support the planning and execution of events and site launches
  • Maintain development websites and property listings (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.)
  • Carry out regular site visits and ensure accurate signage and branding
  • Collate marketing data and contribute to performance reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property or a similar fast-paced marketing environment
  • Strong project coordination, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience briefing creative and digital agencies
  • UK driving licence and access to a car is essential
