Our international client is seeking an experienced Inbound/Outbound Operations Associate to join their team for 9 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in loading and unloading vans with pallets and boxes
- Outbound stock back to fulfilment centres into the systems once the product has been imaged
- Palletising stock to and from fulfilment centres
- Unboxing and preparation of products for shooting
- Repacking items after production to get them sent back to fulfilment centres
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
- Maintain an organised and clean working area, ensuring the studio spaces are clean, tidy, and ready for use at all times.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues
- Document any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Provide administrative support for the studio operations team as required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a studio inbound, outbound, prepping, repacking or production house environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move equipment for extended periods
- Lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 20kg) frequently
- Bend, kneel, and reach to access and organise equipment
