Sourcing Controller – Harrow (Hybrid)

£70,000 + bonuses + benefits

Location: Harrow, London, England, United Kingdom

A great opportunity for an experienced sourcing/buying professional to lead strategy, supplier relationships, and cost optimisation across key own-label categories.

What you’ll do:

• Own and deliver category sourcing strategy
• Lead supplier negotiations and COGS reduction plans
• Improve service levels and supplier performance
• Identify new sourcing opportunities and manage tenders
• Manage and develop a small team
• Oversee P&L for core buying areas

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years buying experience (retail/wholesale)
• Strong own-label and COGS management background
• Proven negotiation and supplier management skills
• Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel
• Experience working in a matrix environment
• Confident communicator with leadership experience
