Contract 6-9 months. Lead regional customer and shopper marketing across EMEA, driving omni-channel retail activation, brand visibility, and revenue growth. Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams, this role develops customer-specific campaigns, retailer activation plans, and strategic marketing programs to strengthen retail partnerships and deliver commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional customer marketing strategies and activation plans.
  • Lead retailer-specific campaigns across physical and digital channels.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and external agencies to deliver impactful customer programs.
  • Drive business reviews, customer presentations, and retail sell-in initiatives.
  • Analyze shopper, market, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Measure campaign ROI and scale successful activations across markets.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and asset delivery across the cluster.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing customer marketing team.

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in marketing or sales within consumer products, retail, or entertainment.
  • Strong experience in shopper/customer marketing and retail activation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Commercially driven with strong project management and analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrix environments.
