My client is seeking someone who is passionate about turning pharmaceutical data into commercial impact o deliver powerful insights that shape strategy, elevate performance, and drive smarter decision-making across our UK business units.

What you\’ll do

• Provide clear, timely insights across sales, field force effectiveness, and customer engagement
• Lead the sales forecasting process and deliver data-driven recommendations
• Enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics processes
• Support data governance, master data management, and data quality
• Maintain and optimise BI systems such as MSMART
• Deliver insights for business reviews and brand planning
• Lead BI projects and collaborate with IT on data initiatives

What you bring

• Pharmaceutical industry experience (essential)
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen
• Experience in business intelligence or commercial analytics
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders
