An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Marketing / Trainee Key Account Manager to join the dedicated Endocrinology sales team. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a strong interest in the dynamic and rapidly evolving digital health landscape. You will be based in Feltham, England, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting company’s Endocrinology products in line with the company’s commercial strategy
- Driving product sales and adoption within key accounts and target regions
- Identifying, targeting, and developing relationships with key customers and stakeholders, including KOLs
- Contributing to the development and implementation of account and KOL plans
- Using both traditional and digital engagement tools to optimise customer interactions
- Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping and CRM updates
- Supporting the execution of marketing activities and commercial initiatives within your territory
Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related commercial roles
- A solid understanding of medical/scientific concepts relevant to endocrinology is ideal
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong customer relationships
- Experience in specialty care or hospital sales is an advantage
- Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns, especially in the healthcare sector
- Ability to translate product strategy into actionable marketing activities
- Degree in Marketing, life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field
- Experience identifying and managing key accounts and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
- Skilled in territory planning, customer segmentation, and account-based selling
