Our international client requires an experienced HR professional with a strong background in UK and EU employee relations and EU Law. Fluent in German, French, or Spanish, with English.

Hands-on experience in restructuring, including downsizing, upsizing, and organisational change. This individual must be highly practical, commercially minded, and capable of managing the entire process—from consultation and employee communications to documentation and compliance—without relying on large teams or extensive external support.

They should demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a fair, balanced approach, and understand how to protect the business's interests while treating employees with respect and dignity. We're looking for someone self-sufficient, discreet, and results-oriented, with the credibility to work directly with leadership and the empathy to guide employees through sensitive changes.

A pragmatic HR professional - someone who focuses on getting things done and navigating real-life challenges, rather than relying on textbook theories or being overly cautious or paralysed by theoretical risks. A solution-driven and pragmatic approach is key.

Remote for 6 to 9 months, then Hybrid Working. Contract: 6 to 12 Months and an opportunity to become permanent.
