A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a global market-leading business as a Commercial Finance Analyst. This is not a traditional accounting role. We're looking for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, identifying trends, analysing financial performance, and turning data into meaningful business insights.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, helping to drive decision-making through detailed analysis of margins, profitability, financial performance, and key business metrics.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Analysing financial statements and business performance
  • Investigating margin trends and profitability drivers
  • Conducting financial ratio and KPI analysis
  • Producing commercial insights and recommendations for management
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and business planning
  • Building financial models and scenario analysis
  • Working with large data sets and ERP systems to identify opportunities and risks
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to influence decision-making

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A, Financial Analysis or Finance Business Partnering
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain financial performance
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Experience analysing margins, profitability and financial KPIs
  • Commercial mindset with a genuine interest in business performance
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) desirable but not essential
