A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior Directors within a fast paced and professional environment. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive and confident managing complex diaries, executive communications and high level administrative support. Previous experience within a legal or corporate environment would be highly beneficial.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary & inbox management
- Drafting executive correspondence & reports
- Reviewing contracts & legal documentation
- Coordinating meetings, events & travel
- Liaising with senior stakeholders internally & externally
- Managing confidential information with discretion
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and previous experience supporting senior executives within an EA/PA capacity.
