This job is for an experienced Leave and Absence Policy Specialist to join the HR Shared Service Team initially on a 12-month contract.
This is a hybrid role based in Stockley Park.
Role
The Senior Benefits Specialist is a key member of the HRSS team and will own and manage Benefits, Absences, and Leave policies for EMEA employees. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, communications, and delivery of these policies, while also managing projects within the benefits.
Skills
- 5-7 years of experience managing Absences and Leaves policies across different countries/markets
- Experience with Service Now is preferred
- Experience working with HR shared services model preferred
- Foreign language skill is a plus
