We’re working with a leading retail brand looking for a Junior Brand Designer to join their in-house creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer with 1–2 years’ experience who’s ready to develop their skills across branding, digital, print and motion within a fast-paced retail environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating engaging branding, campaign and retail design work
  • Producing digital assets for web, email and social media
  • Supporting print, in-store and promotional artwork
  • Developing motion graphics to support digital activity
  • Working closely with the Brand Design Manager on creative projects

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years’ graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography and artwork production
  • A strong portfolio showing creativity and versatility
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days home

Salary: £28,000–£30,000 + excellent benefits
