As a Sales Development Representative, you will sit at the forefront of the company’s go-to-market strategy, responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities.

Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you will engage with prospective customers, identify pain points, and create high-quality opportunities for Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone with early-stage sales experience in a SaaS environment who is looking to develop within a structured, high-growth business.

  • Proactively prospect and engage UK-based organisations via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, converting them into high-value sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data within CRM systems
  • Gather market insight and feedback to refine messaging and outreach strategy

3+ years experience in a Sales Development / Business Development role, ideally within SaaS.

Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and pipeline generation.

Experience with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft).

Interest or exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, or enterprise software is a plus.

Clear progression path into Account Executive roles.
