IT Service Desk Analyst – Up to £35,000 DOE | Hybrid (St. Albans)

We are looking for a proactive IT Service Desk Analyst to join our growing IT team and provide high-quality 1st line / 2nd line support to over 280 users across four UK office locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving IT issues, delivering outstanding service, and working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, logging, prioritising, and resolving incidents efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the 2nd line support team when required.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and update Knowledge Base articles for common fixes.
- Lead IT onboarding sessions for new starters, including inductions and basic training.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new technologies, particularly within the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Occasionally travel to and support users at other office locations (access to additional offices may be required).
What We\’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar IT support position
- Proficiency in Microsoft OS, Azure AD, Office 365, and AVD Desktop
- Strong hardware diagnostics and fault-finding skills
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, mobile devices, and ITSM tools (e.g FreshService)
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
