IT Service Desk Analyst – Up to £35,000 DOE | Hybrid (St. Albans)

Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Flexible start and end times

We are looking for a proactive IT Service Desk Analyst to join our growing IT team and provide high-quality 1st line / 2nd line support to over 280 users across four UK office locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving IT issues, delivering outstanding service, and working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, logging, prioritising, and resolving incidents efficiently.
  • Escalate complex issues to the 2nd line support team when required.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and update Knowledge Base articles for common fixes.
  • Lead IT onboarding sessions for new starters, including inductions and basic training.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new technologies, particularly within the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Occasionally travel to and support users at other office locations (access to additional offices may be required).

What We\’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar IT support position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OS, Azure AD, Office 365, and AVD Desktop
  • Strong hardware diagnostics and fault-finding skills
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, mobile devices, and ITSM tools (e.g FreshService)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
