My client is looking for an HR Shared Services Associate II to join a fast-paced HR Shared Services team supporting employees across EMEA and globally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage HR cases and respond to employee and manager inquiries
  • Support employee absence and leave administration
  • Validate and maintain accurate employee data in Workday
  • Audit HR data and investigate discrepancies
  • Interpret and explain HR policies, procedures, and leave regulations
  • Document, simplify, and standardise HR processes (EMEA focus)
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure data confidentiality
  • Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and People Technology
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Key requirements:

  • HR or HR Shared Services experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday and ServiceNow desirable)
  • Comfortable working with data and Excel
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
