Job Description

I am partnering with a midsize Pharmaceutical client who is looking for a HEOR professional with deep expertise in leading NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) submissions to join our client on a 12 month contract.

This role requires a strong command of health economic modeling, real-world evidence (RWE), and HTA processes

Role

  • Lead the end-to-end process of NICE HTA submissions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (medical, regulatory, clinical development, pricing) to align HTA strategies with overall product plans
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NICE interactions and manage all stakeholder communications throughout the appraisal process
  • Oversee the development or adaptation of cost-effectiveness and budget impact models in line with NICE methodology.
  • Ensure models are methodologically sound and reflect local clinical practice and treatment pathways.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions, managing project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional inputs.
  • Uphold internal compliance and documentation standards
