We are recruiting for a Head of Finance Operations to join a growing, multi-site organisation at an exciting stage of its development. This is not a traditional Head of Finance or Financial Controller position . The role is firmly focused on Finance Operations and the effective running, transformation and development of high-volume transactional finance functions. The Role As Head of Finance Operations, you will take ownership of the day-to-day Finance Operations function, including: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Payroll Operations Transaction Processing Finance systems and workflows Operational controls and governance Process improvement, automation and transformation You will lead and develop the Finance Operations teams while reviewing how the function currently operates and identifying opportunities to make processes faster, smarter, more scalable and less reliant on manual intervention .
