Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence senior stakeholders and make a genuine impact? We’re working with an established international business that is looking for an HR Manager to lead the UK HR function on a fixed term basis. This is a broad and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys being a hands-on HR Business Partner and working closely with managers across the business.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the day-to-day HR function
  • Advising managers on employee relations, performance and HR best practice
  • Managing recruitment and onboarding
  • Leading the annual performance management process
  • Supporting talent, succession and workforce planning
  • Driving employee engagement and training initiatives
  • Ensuring HR compliance, including Right to Work
  • Supporting Health & Safety and employee wellbeing
  • Providing HR reporting and insight to senior stakeholders
  • Working with international HR teams on wider projects

About you

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist with:

  • 5+ years' HR experience
  • CIPD Level 5
  • Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A confident, practical and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience working across a broad HR remit

Experience within retail, FMCG, consumer or an international/matrix organisation would be advantageous.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a highly visible HR role, work closely with senior management and have real influence across an established international business.
