Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for a role where you can take ownership, influence senior stakeholders and make a genuine impact? Weβre working with an established international business that is looking for an HR Manager to lead the UK HR function on a fixed term basis. This is a broad and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys being a hands-on HR Business Partner and working closely with managers across the business.
What will you be doing?
- Managing the day-to-day HR function
- Advising managers on employee relations, performance and HR best practice
- Managing recruitment and onboarding
- Leading the annual performance management process
- Supporting talent, succession and workforce planning
- Driving employee engagement and training initiatives
- Ensuring HR compliance, including Right to Work
- Supporting Health & Safety and employee wellbeing
- Providing HR reporting and insight to senior stakeholders
- Working with international HR teams on wider projects
About you
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist with:
- 5+ years' HR experience
- CIPD Level 5
- Strong UK employment law and employee relations knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A confident, practical and solutions-focused approach
- Experience working across a broad HR remit
Experience within retail, FMCG, consumer or an international/matrix organisation would be advantageous.
