Our international client requires an experienced HR professional with a strong background in UK and EU employee relations and EU Law. Fluent in German, French, or Spanish, with English.
Hands-on experience in restructuring, including downsizing, upsizing, and organizational change. This individual must be highly practical, commercially minded, and capable of managing the entire process—from consultation and employee communications to documentation and compliance—without relying on large teams or extensive external support.
They should demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a fair, balanced approach, and understand how to protect the business's interests while treating employees with respect and dignity. We're looking for someone self-sufficient, discreet, and results-oriented, with the credibility to work directly with leadership and the empathy to guide employees through sensitive changes.
