Our international client requires an experienced HR professional with a strong background in UK and EU employee relations and hands-on experience in restructuring, including downsizing, upsizing, and organisational change. This individual must be highly practical, commercially minded, and capable of managing the entire process—from consultation and employee communications to documentation and compliance—without relying on large teams or extensive external support.
They should demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a fair, balanced approach, understanding how to protect the interests of the business while treating employees with respect and dignity. We are seeking someone self-sufficient, discreet, and results-oriented, with the credibility to work directly with leadership and the empathy to guide employees through sensitive changes.
