We're recruiting for a Receptionist & Office Administrator to join a professional organisation within the financial services industry. This is a key front-of-house role where you'll help deliver a first-class client and office experience. This reception role is ideal for someone who has recently graduated or has some previous office experience.
The Role - Receptionist
- Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service
- Manage meeting rooms, refreshments, and office presentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks across the business
- Maintain and update CRM/data systems (training provided)
- Assist with post, deliveries, and general office coordination
