Our client based in Staines is seeking an experienced Planning/Scheduling Coordinator to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all repairs, including PPM. This role requires excellent telephone, scheduling and organisational skills.

This is a permanent role Monday - Friday 8.30-5:30pm - fully office based.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To schedule the work of service engineers - a mixture of repairs, breakdowns and planned maintenance.
  • Providing customers with regular updates.
  • Working closely with other departments.
