RECEPTIONIST & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR | £27,000–£30,000
London & Weybridge | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm
PLEASE NOTE – LOCATION IS IMPORTANT
You will be based across BOTH the London and Weybridge offices, typically around 3 days in Weybridge and 2 days in London.
Are you someone who loves being the person who keeps an office running smoothly?
I’m recruiting for a Receptionist & Office Administrator to join a professional, people-focused business within the financial services sector.
This is a varied role combining front-of-house reception, office administration, Excel and CRM/data support. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the offices.
The role will include:
• Welcoming clients and visitors and delivering an exceptional first impression
• Managing meeting rooms, calls and general enquiries
• Supporting with post, emails and day-to-day administration
• Using Excel and Microsoft Office as part of your daily administrative responsibilities
• CRM administration, data updates and ad-hoc data projects
• Keeping client and office areas organised and presented to a high standard
• Supporting the wider team with projects and events
We’re looking for someone who is professional, confident, organised and proactive, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
You will need to be confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, and comfortable working with detailed data where accuracy is important.
You must therefore be able to comfortably commute to both locations and be flexible, as there may be weeks where you are required to spend more time at one site depending on business requirements. The position is fully office based across the two locations.
