Global Data Privacy Counsel – 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
📍 Uxbridge, London | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Parkside is working in partnership with a global organisation to recruit a qualified lawyer (3–5 years’ PQE) for a 12-month fixed-term contract within a high-performing international legal team.
The role
- Advise on global data privacy and data-sharing matters (UK, EU, US, APAC & Americas)
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including e-commerce and software agreements
- Manage DPAs, data transfers, DSARs and data breach matters
- Support and develop global data privacy governance and compliance programmes
About you
- Qualified lawyer with strong data privacy experience (in-house preferred)
- Solid background in commercial contracts
- Confident working with senior stakeholders in an international environment
