A luxury brand is seeking a Clienteling Commercial Assistant to support the delivery of targeted client engagement campaigns. The role focuses on driving customer engagement, improving conversion, and enhancing client retention through data-led outreach.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end clienteling campaigns (planning, content, execution, analysis)
- Support personalised client communications across key campaigns and activations
- Work with Marketing and Studio teams on campaign content and planning calendars
