Are you a graduate with at least 2 years of work experience and a passion for finance? We’re looking for a personable, bubbly individual to join our clients small finance team. If you’re enthusiastic, organised, and eager to grow in the finance field, we’d love to hear from you!

The Role:

As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll support daily financial operations, manage invoices, assist with credit control, and help with monthly reports. This role offers excellent career growth and support for finance exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Print, log, and process invoices on Sage.
  • Manage credit control and assist with monthly management reports.
  • Help with bank reconciliations and weekly payment runs.
  • Process expense claims, VAT checks, and supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Provide cover as needed and assist with internal process improvements.

  • Must have Sage AND Xero OR QuickBooks experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a personable, bubbly personality.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be a graduate with 2 years of work experience.
