We are recruiting for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded and well-established property business based in the heart of Dulwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hard-working, driven and ambitious, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career within estate agency. Previous estate agency experience is not essential. The client is much more focused on finding the right personality — someone personable, confident, motivated and willing to learn, with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced property environment.
Excellent training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and build a successful career within property. Ideally, you will already live within easy reach of Dulwich / South East London and have a good understanding of the local area.
The Role
- Arrange and conduct property viewings across sales and lettings
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
- Manage enquiries and follow up with prospective clients
- Support the progression of sales and lettings transactions
- Negotiate offers and communicate between all parties
- Proactively generate new business opportunities
- Maintain strong knowledge of available properties and the local market
- Work closely with the wider branch team to achieve targets
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process
- Develop your knowledge of the property industry and progress within the business
